Service was excellent from beginning to end with all my questions answered quickly .. kept updated with progress .. ETA was messaged two days before and delivery was on time .. Stuart appeared like a happy Gladiator carrying the heavy bookcase down my steep drive and lifting it into my living room without knocking it once! He was professional with a great sense of humour despite driving all the way from Newcastle to Oxfordshire .. he placed the bookcase exactly in position .. everything exceeded my expectations and now I have a stunning, well made, desirable piece of furniture which I promptly filled .. now I have a happy space in which to relax with my dog and a good book

Our set of 4 shelves arrived on friday. They are exactly what we wanted, a solid well made set of shelves that run the length of the wall. We were able to customise the length so they fitted, and asked for them to be made taller and wider than the standard size. perfect. Stuart the delivery man made the arrival easy and on time. The tabel and bench are Lovley but I totally orders wrong size7 foot 10 inches I also orders it to wide no fault of yours all mine had a carpenter in to shorten lenght yesterday but not sure how to shorten width.
