Whilst we were deciding on wood style and position of legs, Chronology were fab. Responding quickly to all emails we sent. Once ordered, we were advised on delivery dates but it was changed to a weekday window. At this point Chronology did not respond to messages or emails so we did not know delivery day until the day before which made it difficult to plan with work. The courier confirmed time of arrival and left it for us to assemble. There were no instructions for assembly and the bench legs had screw inserts in the bottom (as if for feet) but no explanation on what these were for. We contacted them about this, but received no response.
Overall the table looks great although crumbs disappear between the boards and are difficult to get out. The grain/colour is beautiful and style of trapezium legs is great. Vibes very well in our old farmhouse style kitchen/diner.

Just moved into our first home and this was a great first addition. Amazing quality and looks amazing. I’ve already had so many compliments. Would recommend!

Great pieces of statement furniture very well made. Really happy with the items I bought, well worth the wait.

The wooden sideboard has arrived and now hosts our TV. As we chose the length it fits the alcove perfectly and the stain chose fits well with our wooden furniture.

The steel tube shelf and leg supports look good and robust. It certainly looks like it will last.

One suggestion, we will be painting the legs with a brass paint. Chronology might want to offer different metal finishes to those parts. Also, we are now looking for ornate brass corners for it to give a slightly steam punk feel - which some other customers might also be interested in. But, frankly, it looks good as it is...

Ordered two bookcases. Outstanding quality and great value for money. Very impressed they were able to deliver from North Yorkshire down fo Dorset, and delivery driver was a real gent. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I am delighted with the product: the quality of the wood and workmanship is excellent.
The only issues were errors over delivery dates as they don't deliver to Scotland often

Great quality shelving unit. We had a little issue with the sizing of the first item received, but this was quickly rectified, and a speedy exchange organised.

Fabulous piece and great communication regarding delivery

We made a large order because the furniture is beautiful, this is the only thing that let it down abit, unfortunately the legs are not on corners of the base because of the type of steel used, they are to close together so its unsafe and wobbles, we bought black steel brackets to secure it to the wall. We love the bookcase now that it's safe its stunning and I love the open back and rustic look, would definitely order again.
