Customers praised this industrial bookcase as "beautiful," "sturdy," and "solid." Many appreciated custom sizing options and quality craftsmanship. However, some noted delays in delivery timing and poor communication from the seller. The rustic design with hairpin legs offers excellent storage and fits well in various spaces.
We have 2 bookcases and they look wonderful in our new renovation.
They are well made, sturdy and beautiful.
Yes you wait a while for delivery but I’d take that any day over mass produced items.
The delivery chap was amazing and brought them into the house.
Very pleased!
Just had this ✨Beautiful✨ solid bookcase delivered & I absolutely L🤎ve it! & love that they can be made to whatever measurements you need, Gemma was great with answering my questions & also delivery man Martyn was an absolute star! ⭐️ highly recommend Chronology Store👍🏼 Many thanks 😊
Beautiful unique piece that fits in so well with our style. Really solidly made, a great addition. Really happy with how it looks.
Beautiful item. Initially regretted colour but once it was in its place, decided it was the right colour.
Customer service and updates about delays need to be improved.
Also delivered with own delivery company, limiting delivery days.
After being let down and messed around by a fraudulent Etsy seller we were very apprehensive to make another large purchase of a bookcase. All I can say is WOW! Chronology Store have more than surpassed expectations with the great customer service, design and product finish and their delivery service is amazing. Our order arrived 2 weeks before it was schedule and delivered by the friendliest man ever. The bookcase is just as we have hoped and more, and we can now get the boxes of books moved out of our soon to be baby's nursery! Thank you again, we will most definitely be ordering more products from you soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely in love.

Lovely solid bookcase custom made for a small space. Communication was excellent and it was delivered by a nice friendly driver.
I'd been looking for some free-standing shelves for a long time. They needed to fit in 2 alcoves in a cellar and so our dimensions were quite specific. I looked at loads online and in furniture shops but they all seemed overprice. But the guys at this Etsy store custom-made me 2 sets of shelves that fit perfectly. They are superb quality. Huge shelves, loads of storage space. They have a great industrial look but with a modern twist. I'm absolutely delighted with them. Very reasonably priced as well. Delivery was excellent. The guys carried them down into the cellar and put them in place. Superb service and quality all round.
Really impressed by this lovely bookcase- looks amazing in my living room alcove. I got it made to specific measurements and it fits in perfectly. Excellent service, great communication and so pleased with everything. Thank you
Really well built. Solid as a rock.

I absolutely love my bookcases! Paul did a wonderful job with matching bespoke bookcases. They are beautifully crafted and look fab in my living room. Communication was great, delivery was on time and professionally done. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Paul and crew!
